Shiva IoT Gateway
Shiva IoT Gateway automatically transfers data from Shiva IoT Bluetooth Low Energy to Shiva IoT Cloud or any other IoT platform. Gateways are used to build remote monitoring systems and work with all types of Shiva IoT sensors.
- Shiva IoT Gateway is equipped with built in memory which buffers the sensor data. The device can be setup in minutes with a free mobile application.
- Shiva IoT Gateway stores 1,00,000 delimiters in its memory. If the connection to Shiva Cloud is lost, it will send the delimiters right after re-establishing it.
- Shiva IoT Gateway communicates with sensors wirelessly over Bluetooth Low Energy. The maximum distance between Gateway and Sensor is 100 m in the open space and 20 – 30 m in the buildings.
- Shiva IoT Gateway can be integrated with any cloud platform or software that supports HTTP protocol (REST architecture).
- Configuration of Shiva IoT Gateway can be done with a mobile application over Bluetooth Low Energy.
- Can be powered up with PoE – Power over Ethernet (802.3 af). Thanks to Ethernet (PoE) power supply, you don’t have to worry about additional cables!

Gateway Integration
Additionally, Shiva IoT Gateway can be integrated with any software that is compatible with HTTP protocol (REST architecture). Local Mode
Shiva IoT Gateway can also work in local mode. Thanks to its built in software- you can check the current delimiters from all sensors within its range without use of Shiva IoT Cloud. All you have to do is connect the device to your local network with Ethernet cable. In local mode you can check the current and historical measurements (table/chart) and export the data in a form of CSV report.
