Long stringy chips sometime come out of drilling environment and may heat human too. Special chip breaker control logic moves the spindle up/down in specific sequence and breaks the chip to avoid long stringy chips.

Our electronics control box is equipped with dual micro-controller subsystem. One micro-controller handles the time critical tasks like spindle movement with custom fitted linear encoder, Rotary indexing and XY positioning. The other handles high quality graphical operating panel on touch screen display.
