LED Matrix Controller

Special purpose controller unit to drive LED matrix display for the visualization of industrial process parameters like running batch, production status, running production code, etc. With generic electronics design and firmware development, the controller can be customized to fulfil any industrial need – it supports RS-485 Modbus protocol by default for easy integration with any compatible PLC or IO unit

  • Single basic control unit is capable to drive two LED Matrix display of 64×32 pixels.
  • As per requirement, customized controller can be developed to drive even more parallel displays if needed. With industrial RS-485 Modbus support, easy to integrate with existing process plant having Modbus monitoring network. Any other communication method like CAN, Analog Input, TCP events, BLE/Wi-Fi network, etc. can be supported on request to gather required data for standalone display.
